ToolFit - Ready for extrusion

Toolfit was developed by TCI as a world-wide service program to our customers in the profile extrusion industry. The reason we began providing this service was the cost savings it will yield if potential improvements and further development of proper extrusion tool maintenance is applied in a professional manner.

The steps towards optimum service of Extrusion Tools:

+  ToolFit Check
    - Determination of current status/condition of tool with a trial run
    - Evaluation of the trial run profile sample with the customer
    - Extrusion Tool inspection
    - Expert assessment of improvement or optimization possibilities of the tool (determinations
       made during the analysis, revisions list, estimate on number of profile optimization runs)
+  Final quotation is submitted
+  Determine proper plan of attack (Utilizing customer approach, TCI approach or a combination
    of both)
